Kutana+Brochet has expanded its Legal Desktop portfolio by acquiring a majority share in the company Contract Genetica, adding an AI-powered contract drafting tool to its client offering.
The acquisition by Kutana+Brochet will enable clients to leverage the value held in existing documents from their DMS and knowledge library, all within the Word environment, when creating and amending documents.
Adding AI drafting to Kutana+Brochet’s legal document lifecycle technology will provide clause intelligence and contract review efficiency, reducing risk and boosting productivity and profitability.
